The 7-Day Self is a weekly identity practice. For the next four weeks, we're stepping into one declaration together:
'I am someone who does what she says she will do,
without negotiation.'
Four weeks. Four full rounds of the practice. A container to actually live it.
Here's how we'll do it.

Declare the identity
On Monday, you declare who you are for the week. You get clear on what this week looks like when you're being her. What does she do? What does she not negotiate on? How does she start her day?

Live the week as her
Every morning you set yourself up powerfully, reminding yourself of who you are and how you're operating. Every day you're collecting evidence. This is who I am now. This is what I do. Your brain starts to believe it, because you're giving
it proof.

Get curious in the gap
When you notice you didn't follow through — that's not failure. That's the most important moment of the week. In that gap we see the identity that's been running the show all along. And we get curious about her.

Build on her each week
We run through this practice four times, so you get four full weeks of actually living it. Each week you build on the version of her you started becoming the week before.
